The IT services administrator helps to ensure consistent operation of HOPE’s technology resources through high-level administration of end-user devices and applications. They are responsible for setting standards in endpoint management, including administration of endpoint management tools, Microsoft 365, and other user-facing applications. This person works closely with the service desk team to support HOPE staff in achieving business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and fulfill the mission and vision of HOPE International
Endpoint management
Manage and monitor devices across multiple computing platforms, including Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS
Administer device policies, profiles, and applications using Workspace ONE UEM, Azure, and Group Policy
Support the service desk team with escalated device troubleshooting requests
Manage printer updates, networking, and print services
Configure and manage VOIP systems and devices
Cloud applications administration
Administer a wide range of user-facing cloud systems and applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft 365, Box, Wrike, Jira Software, and Jira Service Management
Conduct regular audits of user licenses and permissions on various cloud systems
Manage files, permissions, and configurations for Box, SharePoint, and other file systems
QUALIFICATIONS
Personal confession of Christian faith and commitment to the mission & vision of HOPE International
Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information technology/systems, or equivalent experience/training
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience managing end-user computing devices
Expertise with current Windows operating systems, including deployment and management
Experience with current Mac OS
Experience with device management tools, ideally Workspace ONE and Group Policy
Familiarity with iOS and Android management
Comfortable writing device commands using tools such as Powershell, command line, and terminal
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and Microsoft 365 Admin
Strong attention to detail
Ability to quickly research and learn a wide range of technology knowledge
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
International experience preferred (but not required)
Willingness to travel internationally to the countries where HOPE operates
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Ability to work as part of a team
