MFI Business Process Specialist

The MFI business process specialist is responsible for leading support for improving business processes in HOPE’s network of microfinance institutions, with an emphasis on technology and systems solutions. This includes liaising between program management, the MFI department, and the technology department to identify and implement business improvements to make HOPE’s activities more efficient and impactful for HOPE’s clients. This role will analyze and communicate program needs, ensuring continual improvement in how systems serve stakeholders. He/she will support projects directed by strategic plans that may include identifying and clarifying business requirements, assisting with systems implementation, identifying novel solutions to business programs, and building program capacity.
