Mission True Coordinator

The listening, monitoring, and evaluation (LM&E) team at HOPE International supports all programs and departments in listening to stakeholders to improve the way we serve. Mission True Assessments (MTA) are completed by all HOPE-managed programs in the HOPE network every 4 years to evaluate their likelihood of staying true to the Christ-centered elements of their mission. This tool and process, developed by HOPE International following the publication of Mission Drift, includes a survey completed by staff and the board, document review, and staff interviews. The mission true analyst will manage the implementation of Mission True Assessments, in addition to serving as an internal consultant, supporting listening activities across the HOPE International network. In all activities, they will bring a posture of equipping, seeking to train and invest in the capacity of staff.
